Nita's Heart Kustom Kolors was created during the Pandemic in attempt to show myself and others self care is very important.
The smallest thing such as doing your nails or putting on a little lip gloss can easily brighten your day and even change your mood .
Return Policy :
All items are Kustom , made to order so all sales are final . Unfortunately we do not except returns or exchanges .
- If something that is an oversight on our part a refund will be considered on a conditional basis .
- If product contains an allergen please alert Nita's Heart Custom Colors directly before purchase of all allergies to better accommodate . If this is not done then you relinquish all liability from Nitas Heart Kustom Kolors.
- We do not refunds or replacements for stolen packages so please ensure your package is delivered in a safe location. We Do not do signature confirmation for package delivery.We ship all of our packages through USPS and on rare occasions there will be slow delivery. We do not offer refunds for delayed packages.If a package appears to be lost in the mail, we wait 2 weeks from the date of shipping before refunding or sending replacements.
Order Cancellation:
Unfortunately , once an order is placed there is no way to cancel.
Damaged product
If product is damaged, open or broken. Please notify us immediately.
Shipping and Local Pick up:
Once a product order is placed you will receive an immediate confirmation email. Please allow 24 hours for your order to fully process. Once processed please allow 7-14 business for an order to be shipped or ready for pick up. After sales, processing times go up to 14 to 21 business days as it is being made with love and quality! All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We are currently unable to process rush and overnight orders. We DO NOT refund or replace stolen packages so please ensure that your package is delivered to a safe location. We include tracking with every package and once it has been marked delivered by USPS we assume no further responsibility, although we will do our best to correct the situation. If a wrong address is provided and the package is shipped there, customers must pay for re‐shipment. If a wrong address is provided and the package is returned to us, we issue a full refund.
For International Orders- Your shipping rates are a bit pricier, with a longer shipping time Please allow 48 hours to have your order processed. Please allow 2-4 week shipping time as well.
